how to download the guide after purchase and answers to those questions.
What is the download process?
As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email
containing your download link and your Registration code. When you
click on the download link, a dialog box, a small window, will open.
You will be asked whether to save the file to disk or run it. Select
Save the file to disk. Please save the file on the desk top or in
My Documents folder. After download is complete, double click the
saved file to begin installation.
Why does the Download dialog
box not open, when I click on the download link?
If you experience this problem, copy the download link and
paste it in your browser's address box and press enter. Now the
new dialog box will open.
Why do I get error messages when
I try to download?
Sometimes, free email service providers like hotmail may
not allow you to download by clicking from their email. If your
email software does not read hyperlinks, copy and paste the download
link in your browser address box and press Enter. Or, you can type
the link EXACTLY in the address box of browser and press Enter key.
Why I have not received any email
containing the download link?
Do not worry. Send us an email. We will send the email again.
In most cases, the problem would be with the spelling of your email
address. So, take utmost care when you enter the email address in
the order form.
Spam/junk Filter Problem
In some cases, your spam/junk filter settings erroneously assume
that the order confirmation mail is spam and send it to junk folder.
After sometime, this mail is automatically deleted along with other
junk mails. You may not even be knowing that you received this mail
as most of us do not bother to look into the junk mail folder everyday.
If this happens, do not worry. Contact us with your details. We
will send you a new email.
Why I have not heard from you,
even though I placed order many days ago?
If you send Bank cheques, drafts or Money orders, naturally
there will be postal transit time and cheque realization time. So,
depending on the country from where you send the payment, it will
take 10 days to 15 days to respond. If you place orders using credit
cards the response will be within a few minutes.
How long will my eBook download
link be valid?
We guarantee that your download link will be valid until
the day you successfully download your eBook. However, for security
reasons, the first download link will be valid for 72 hours
from the time of your purchase. If you did not download within 72
hours just send us an email and we will send you a new download
link. Once you receive your email with the download link in it,
we recommend that you download your eBook so that you can begin
reading it immediately.
Why my download link is not working
and I get expiry message or error message?
If you use the download link after 72 hours from the time
of purchase the download link will not work and you will get expiry
notice. In this case just send us an email and we will send you
a new download link. Sometimes due to internet traffic congestion,
you may face difficulties. Try a few minutes later. In some rare
cases if the buyer has used credit card with fraudulent intention,
we will disable the link immediately.
Is there a restriction on download?
Your download link will be valid for 72 hours from the time
of purchase. The link will not work after 72 hours or after you
have successfully downloaded the eBook or if you have clicked on
the link 9 times. If you have not downloaded within that time, please
send us an email. We will send you a new download link.
Can I use download manager like
GoZilla?
In most cases, there will not be any problem. If you experience
any problem, try to download directly without download manager.
We recommend Direct download without any download manager.
Where is the file I just downloaded?
Each system saves file differently and so you have to remember
the folder where the file was saved. It is easier to find the file,
if you save it in the My Documents folder or in the Desktop.
What if I accidentally lose or
delete the email that contains the link to my eBook?
You can access the eBook download link again by sending a
request for a new download link.
I have lost the eBook. Do I have
to buy the eBook again?
No. Please send us an email with your purchase details and
we will send a new download link.
I have formatted the hard disk
or my hard disk has crashed. Do I have to buy the eBook again?
No. Please send us an email with your purchase details and
we will send a new download link.
I am changing my computer. Do
I have to buy the eBook again?
No. Please send us an email with your purchase details and
we will send a new download link.
I am going to a different city.
I will use new computer. Do I have to buy the eBook again?
No. Please send us an email with your purchase details and

What do I do if my Internet connection
breaks during the download process?
Reconnect to the Internet and download again.
What if I have to interrupt the
download process?
If you need to interrupt the download process, click cancel.
When you are ready to download again, proceed as above. Some download
Managers like FlashGet will resume from where you left.
How long will it take to download
the eBook?
The download time depends on the speed of the modem on your
computer and the ISP. As a rule of thumb, download time for an average
modem and internet connection is 15 minutes.
What if I have trouble downloading
an eBook or a reader?
If you have trouble downloading an eBook or a reader, the
reason will be the internet connection. Try after a few minutes
or hours. If you still have problem. contact us.
What is Free Adobe Reader,
and where can I get one?
Adobe Reader is the software that must be installed on the
computer to which you install your eBook in order to read
it. You can download an eBook from us at any time, but you must
have Adobe Reader installed on your computer before you can use
an eBook you have bought. You can download Adobe Reader for
free at www.adobe.com.
Is it safe to download Adobe
reader and eBook?
Yes. You will not download a computer virus or any other
malicious file when you download eBooks from us or Adobe Reader
from www.adobe.com.
