Here are some of the frequently asked questions about
order status and answers to those questions.
As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email
containing your download link and your Registration code. You
can then download, install and read the eBook.
How soon you will receive your the download link depends on the
mode of payment.
Spam/junk Filter Problem
In some cases, your spam/junk filter settings erroneously assume
that the order confirmation mail is spam and send it to junk folder.
After sometime, this mail is automatically deleted along with other
junk mails. You may not even be knowing that you received this mail
as most of us do not bother to look into the junk mail folder everyday.
If this happens, do not worry. Contact us with your details. We
will send you a new email.
Credit Card - Online
If you placed order online with credit card and the verification
is successful, you will receive a confirmation email within a few
minutes. In some cases, to protect the credit card holder's
interest, SwReg may manually verify the details. In these
cases, it may take a few hours to deliver the eBook.
Credit Card - Phone/Fax
If you placed order with your credit card by phone or fax, it may
take a few hours to process the order. If it is a holiday or weekend,
it may take a day or two.
Check or Money Order
If you placed order with check, Money Order or Bank draft, your
order will be processed on realization. Please allow time for postal
transit and bank procedures.
Western Union Transfer
If you have sent money through Western Union, it will take two days
from the receipt of your transfer confirmation email.
If you placed order through PayPal, we will process the order within
24 hours from the time we receive PayPal confirmation email.
If you placed order using any other method, we will process the
order as soon as we receive your payment.
